The technology of the fully automatic spring roll making machine is based on the use of baked spring roll wrapper, stuffing filling and rolling, and the filling is continuously and stably supplied by a vacuum filling machine.
Working Process of Spring Roll Machine for Sale:
Step 1: The batter machine pumps the pre-mixed batter to the spring roll wrapper machine, where it is spread through a mold onto a rotating baking drum. As the wheel rotates, the wrapper is baked and then scraped off the wheel and onto the conveyor belt.
Step 2: When the spring roll wrapper is conveyed on the conveyor belt, the photoelectric sensor device will send the position signal of the spring roll wrapper to the filling machine to ensure that the filling is accurately positioned and filled on the spring roll wrapper.
Step 3: After the filling is filled into the spring roll wrapper, it continues to be conveyed to the folding system. First, the front part of the spring roll wrapper is folded first, followed by the two side parts, and finally the spring roll wrapper is folded into the final spring roll through an adjustable rolling system.
