Prawn Cracker Machine Principle:
Using electric heating automatic temperature control cooking new process, after mixing shrimp powder, starch and water in proportion, add them into the hopper of the prawn cracker machine.
 
The auger pushes forward the pulp that enters the machine and cooks the pulp through the hot water in the periphery of the wringer, the cylindrical prawn cracker sticks are shaped by the mold, cooled and then cut into thin slices by the slicer, final packaging.
