Australia Spring Roll Machine

Spring roll is a popular snack in many countries, and the demand is gradually increasing, so more and more spring roll factories are beginning to use machines to replace manual production, thereby increasing production and expanding the market.
 
Last week we received a spring roll machine order from an Australian customer. Their current output is 1,000 per hour, and they want to increase it to 3,000 per hour. After our engineers confirmed the specific requirements with the customer, they made a 3D design drawing and showed the customer the overall production process. Finally, it was recognized by customers.
 
Now the machine is about to start production, we will regularly show the production progress to the Australia customers and send videos. Now, in order to let more customers know about our machines, we will show some machine features and production videos.
 
Pour the butter and stuffing into the dough hopper and stuffing hopper of the spring roll production line. The batter is quickly and evenly baked and cut at 150-180 degrees Celsius, after cooling on the conveyor belt, the stuffing is placed, and the precisely designed roll wrap structure enables the spring roll wrapper to be fully covered with the filling, and the output can reach 7,000 pieces per hour. And according to the different needs of customers, we can upgrade and improve the machine to better meet customer needs.
